All of our operations are supported by Management staff, Administrative Support staff, Security Supervisors and Field Supervisors. The number of Field Supervisors will be adequate to support our base of operations, geographical requirements and other logistical factors. The Secureone organization maintains and emphasizes an open door policy for the benefit of our clients and our employees. In addition to our Supervisors and Management, our clients are regularly polled by the owners and our Quality Assurance Department whose sole function is to ensure customer satisfaction. This Department is unhampered by any "red tape" and reports directly to the owners, thereby ensuring expeditious response to any of our clients in need of support. Finally, our President encourages comments, and where necessary, criticism from our customers and employees.
