Q: Why is your employee turnover rate so low?
A: We conduct salary surveys within every area we transact business on a semi monthly basis to ensure that we are paying higher than industry average for that area.

Q: What different training programs do you offer your employees?
A: Our library is full of various training programs for all types of industries and topics. These programs are available to all of our employees to further their security knowledge. Some of these programs include Verbal Judo, Event Security, Workplace Violence, Traffic Control, Bloodborne Pathogens, Ethics, Diversity Awareness, Loss Prevention, Legal Briefs, Campus Security and more. Q: Do you offer temporary or "as needed" security services?
A: We understand that in this industry, some clients only require security professionals for a short-term basis. Please email for additional information.

Q: Do you offer Security Services nationwide?
A: We are current licensed in multiple states to conduct business. We also have a network of other security agencies in all 50 states that we have pre-screened to have similar high values when supplying security professionals. The benefit to this is you have one invoice and one company to deal with. We do the rest.

Q: Do you have bonus programs for your employees?
A: We offer many different bonus programs for our employees including; new hire bonuses, lead referrals, no call-off bonuses, holiday bonuses, officers of the month and year bonuses/awards and more. We have found that if you treat your employees right, they treat you and your customers right.
